Customers' sexual preferences, personal qualities or any other sensitive data is not collected or recorded by any means. Appointments and discussions with customers are strictly confidential. All information about customers are kept secret.
When an appointment is booked only following information is recorded: customer's firstname and telephone number and appointment time. After the appointment customer's telephone number will be erased. Because of bookkeeping rules booking records cannot be deleted but they are kept secret.
Payments with a debit cards and credit cards are processed carefully. Only information required for the payment process is collected and transfered to the bank or to the credit card service company. Information relating to card payments is not used or given to any other purpose than processing payment transactions. Information is deleted when it is not needed any more.
Telephone calls on advice line 0600-12616 are charged by the telephone operator. Service payments are processed and transferred by the telephone operator. Service provider (Relipe Ltd) does not collect or record information on telephone calls.
Customer data file includes information on enterprises and organisations buying accounting and/or consultation services. Data file is protected and kept secret.
Any information on private individuals is not being filed or registered.
