Driving by Car to Johanna's Place

Location: Vantaa, Korso

From Kehä III you can turn to Tuusulanväylä (direction sign TUUSULA) or to Lahdenväylä (direction sign LAHTI).
In either case you should turn towards the North:
along Lahdenväylä (road nr 4) towards Lahti or
along Tuusulanväylä (road nr 45) towards Tuusula.

From Tuusulanväylä turn to Korso when you see the direction sign KORSO.
When driving from the North (from Tuusula) Korso junction is the first interchange junction after the road has turned to a motor way.
When driving from the South (from Helsinki or Kehä III) Korso junction is the fourth junction after Kehä III.
Having turned from Tuusulanväylä towards Korso, drive along Kulomäentie (road nr 152) about 5 km, untill you underpass the railway and reach the point where you have Korso Water Tower on your right side and Neste Petrol Station on your left.
Follow the direction sign LEPPÄKORPI. Because of the interchange junction you have to turn three times to the right when following the signs to LEPPÄKORPI.
Drive about 500 metres along Otavantie (street) towards Leppäkorpi and then you can see R-kiosk in your left side.

From Lahdenväylä turn to Korso when you see the direction sign KORSO.
When driving from the North (from Lahti) Korso junction comes after Kerava junction.
When driving from the South (from Helsinki or Kehä III) Korso junction comes after Koivukylä junction.
Having turned from Lahdenväylä towards Korso drive along Kulomäentie (road nr 152) about 1 km untill you reach the point where you have Korso Water Tower on your left side and Neste Petrol Station on your right.
Follow the direction sign LEPPÄKORPI. (This sign stands by Neste Petrol Station. There is also another direction sign LEPPÄKORPI closer to Lahdenväylä, but do not follow it.)
Because of the interchange junction you have to turn twice to the right and once to the left when following the signs to LEPPÄKORPI.
Drive about 300 metres along Otavantie (street) towards Leppäkorpi and then you can see R-kiosk in your left side.

Along Minkkitie there is usually enough space for long vehicles.
Driving instructions: When driving along Otavantie towards Leppäkorpi turn to the left in the crossing by R-Kiosk. There is also a direction sign "Korson sosiaali- ja terveysasema". The crossing street is Minkkitie.
Minkkitie makes a curve and it is linked with Otavantie at its both ends. Another end is by R-Kiosk and another by Neste Petrol Station. Parking is allowed in one side of the street Minkkitie. When driving from R-Kiosk towards Neste there are more space for parking than when driving to the opposite direction.

In Myyrätie you can park in both sides. There is enough space for lorries but usually not for longer vehicles.
Driving instructions: When driving along Otavantie towards Leppäkorpi turn to the left in the second crossing after R-Kiosk. The crossing street is Myyrätie. There is also a direction sign "Helluntaiseurakunta" by the crossing.

The crossing street is Myyrätie. Drive to the end of Myyrätie and turn to the right to Mäyräkuja (street). Close to the end of Mäyräkuja there is a car park on the left side.
This car park (parking place) by the crossing of Mäyräkuja and Peltomyyränkuja can be used for free.
Please note: Beside the car park there is a private parking place of the nearby house. See for the sign of parking place to choose the correct place.

My premises are located in an apartment block in Vantaa in Korso, very near to Korso Train Station. Vantaa is a city in Helsinki Region, to the north of Helsinki. Korso is in the northeastern part of Vantaa by the main railway line.
